The Heritage Ranch community is located in San Luis Obispo County, California near the southeast shoreline of Lake Nacimiento. It is a master planned community and is managed through a homeowners association, the Heritage Ranch Owners Association (HROA), which was incorporated in 1972. There are presently sixteen (16) separate tracts with 2,091 single family residential lots.
A Special Executive Session meeting of the Board of Directors of Heritage Ranch Owners Association will be held on Friday, April 19, 2024 virtually via Microsoft Teams with Directors able to attend in person meeting at the Member Services Office located at 2130 Heritage Loop Road, Paso Robles, CA 93446. The Executive Session meeting will begin at 12:00 pm and is closed to all participants.
