The Heritage Ranch community is located in San Luis Obispo County, California near the southeast shoreline of Lake Nacimiento. It is a master planned community and is managed through a homeowners association, the Heritage Ranch Owners Association (HROA), which was incorporated in 1972. There are presently sixteen (16) separate tracts with 2,091 single family residential lots.
A meeting of the Board of Directors of Heritage Ranch Owners Association will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at the Recreation Barn located at 2555 Equestrian Road, Paso Robles, CA 93446. The Executive Session meeting will begin at 4:00 pm and is closed to all participants. The Open Session will begin at approximately 6:00 pm and is open to all Members.

An accomplished 21-year Army veteran, Eric brings a rich background in leadership, with a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Technical Management. His track record showcases a strong ability to lead in high-stakes environments and a talent for strategic project execution.
Outside work, Eric is an outdoor enthusiast and family man, deeply committed to community service.
