Welcome to Heritage Ranch Owners Association

The Heritage Ranch community is located in San Luis Obispo County, California near the southeast shoreline of Lake Nacimiento. It is a master planned community and is managed through a homeowners association, the Heritage Ranch Owners Association (HROA), which was incorporated in 1972. There are presently sixteen (16) separate tracts with 2,091 single family residential lots.

Heritage Ranch BMX/Skate Park Amenity Report

The BMX/Skate Park Focus Group was established by the Board of Directors to explore the possibility of developing a new recreational amenity for the enjoyment of residents of all ages and abilities.  A report was presented to the board at their meeting on June 23, 2022 as an opportunity to discuss the possible options for establishing a BMX/skate park and obtain direction from the board for further action.  The full report is available for your review by clicking on the green tab to the right.

Virtual Access Focus Group Report

The Board of Directors tasked the Virtual Access Focus Group to investigate and provide recommendations on methods and options for expanding participation at Board meetings virtually, improve availability of association records, and enhance other virtual access and communications relating to official meetings and records.

GOT TRASH?

3 ways for Heritage Ranch residents to get rid of trash
  1. Call San Miguel Garbage at 805-467-9283 to schedule curbside pick-up.  This service is provided at no-charge for most “bulk” items, or for a cost-effective fee for appliances, tires, and other larger items requiring special disposal.
  2. Contact the HROA Member Services office to pay to dump 1 to 2 cubic yards of trash into our bins.  Price range is $40 to $70.  Trash only.

New "Fillable" Forms

Multiple HROA forms, including Camping and Boating form, have been updated and are now "fillable" so that they can be completed, saved and emailed back to us without printing. Members may download the Trails of the Beautiful Village of Heritage Ranch (2020) guidebook from the Hiking and Trails page or may request a free, electronic copy from the HROA Member Services office. Hardcopies are available for purchase for $16.  Members may also request access to trail maps on the Gaia GPS application which can be used on mobile devices and desktops.
