All Highway Vehicles and Golf Carts - When
operating highway vehicles and/or golf carts, a valid driver's license
is
required in possession at all times. If driven at night, golf
carts must be equipped with at least one lighted white operating
headlamp and one lighted red tail lamp which is clearly visible from
the rear. All highway vehicles and golf carts must stay on
designated Heritage Ranch roads.

All Non-Highway Vehicles, including Mini 50 Bikes,
Pocket Bikes, Electric or Gas Scooters, etc. - A non-highway
vehicle, is a vehicle that is not manufactured or designed for
highway use and does not meet all Federal Motor Safety Act
standards. In order to operate any type
of non-highway vehicle on Heritage Ranch roads, you must have a
valid driver's license in possession at all times, and the
non-highway vehicle must be equipped with all of the
following:

Headlamp -- at least one lighted white operating headlamp
■
Tail lamp -- at least one lighted red tail lamp clearly visible from
the rear
■
Service brake system -- in good working order adequate to stop and
hold said vehicle
■
Muffler -- adequate to maintain noise limit of 80 decimals or less
Authorized non-highway vehicles must
stay on designated Heritage Ranch roads. No other type of
vehicle of any kind is allowed to be driven on any Heritage Ranch
property.

Greenbelt Mowing Alert

Please remove any
unauthorized items from the common areas. On approximately April
1st of each year mowing of common areas behind the homes will begin. Due to extensive
damage to our mowing equipment, associated scheduling delays, and
accumulated debris (and the expense associated with removing them), the Board of Directors voted to impose a fine
up to $500.00 for dumping in the common areas.

Dumpster service - The Association
offers dumpster service in the Maintenance Yard every Friday from 8:00 A.M.
to 12:00 noon. Payment is to be made in advance to the Association Office.
(See Schedule of Fees). No appliances, dirt or hazardous materials will be accepted.

Household Hazardous Material Disposal -
The Heritage Ranch Community Services District (CSD) accepts
most household hazardous materials next to the Senior Center
between 1:00 P.M. and 3:00 P.M. on every Friday.

Firewood - When trimming
trees, larger pieces of wood are kept for firewood and are split by HROA
Maintenance. Mixed cords of split wood
are
sold to homeowners for $150 per cord. Cords of split oak wood are sold to
homeowners for $250 per cord. Anyone interested in purchasing a cord of wood, please
contact the Association Office where a list is maintained and residents are
notified when wood is available.

Board of Directors Meetings - Are regularly the
second Friday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Recreation Barn (except for
Quarterly meetings which are on the Friday after the second
Tuesday which sometimes falls on the third Friday). Check
the Calendar page for the Agenda, by month.

Marina Parking - You must have a current decal
on your vehicle in order to park anywhere between the fish cleaning station
and launch ramp area.

Decals - Decals for your vehicles and vessels
expire on April 30th each year. You may obtain a new decal any time
after January 1st of each year. Appointments can be made to have the
new decals applied at your home, at the RV Storage Area or at the Main
