2011 EMPLOYEE AWARDS WENT TO THE FOLLOWING
Awards were handed out at the August 2011 Annual Meeting

2011

George Sanderson
Employee of the Year

This year's Employee of the Year is being recognized for taking the initiative to further
his skills in his department.  This has been especially noticeable this last year.

This employee is always on time, never complains, and does what ever he is asked to the best
of his ability.  Most of you do not see this employee, as he quietly goes about his business.

We wish to thank him for all his hard work by honoring him today.

Congratulations George Sanderson, Maintenance!

Lee Chandler = 5 Year Recognition

Lee Chandler is being recognized today for reaching his five (5) year anniversary date working
for HROA in the Maintenance Department.  Lee is a guy who stands out.  He regularly displays
his hard work and his willingness to learn.  He has been the Employee of the Year in the
past.  The Maintenance Manager describes Lee as an "exceptional employee"
and a person who "takes pride in his work".

We agree and HROA is lucky to have Lee working for all of us.

Adriana Rodriguez = Special Recognition

This is the first year we are giving out a special recognition to a part-time employee.  There is none more deserving

than this individual.  Many have said that she is "a model employee" and "sets an example for others

to follow".  We have had numerous compliments from members on her work

as a Pool Attendant.

Today we recognize Adriana Rodriguez, and thank her so much for all she does for Heritage Ranch.

The Volunteer of the Year was selected this year because of many reasons.

This volunteer has been serving you for nearly a decade.  She has served

on numerous committees, such as the Trails Committee, the Equestrian Committee,

the Finance Committee and others.  She has faithfully sat in on most Board Meetings,

and provides reports to the community and assists members by providing them

information.  This volunteer has faithfully devoted her time, always with a smile

and a positive attitude.  She is a peace maker and an encourager.

We are so lucky to have this person in our lives and it is long over due that she be recognized.

Congratulations, Barbara Smith!

Roy Myers = Special Recognition

Roy Myers is being honored for taking the initiative to hand make and donate a customized Suggestion

Box for use by the members.  The Suggestion Box is located on the outside front wall

of the HROA Office.  Many members have commented on how unique the

Suggestion Box is.

Roy Myers also serves on the Advisory Committee.  That committee reviews and acts on all suggestions

received from the members, as well as makes recommendations to the HROA Board of Directors

on numerous other issues.

Thank you so much, Roy Myers!

Anita Lazzaroni = Special Recognition

Anita Lazzaroni was selected to receive the "Best Suggestion of the Year" award for 2011.

Her suggestion was to have an "Annual Ranch Clean-up Day".  The HROA Board

of Directors approved to sponsor a Ranch Clean-up Day shortly after receiving Anita's suggestion.

It was a big success with the membership.

Thank you Anita Lazzaroni for coming up with this great suggestion!

Dean Guzman = Special Recognition

Dean Guzman was nominated to receive a Special Recognition award for his tireless work with the Food Bank

program.  Dean puts in about 30 hours per week picking up and distributing food to needy
