Heritage
Ranch Maintenance Crew At Work
The Maintenance Department is responsible for all repairs and maintenance of
Heritage Ranch common areas
Tree Trimming and Chipping:
Each Thursday the staff is rotated between tree trimming and chipping. If you need something chipped,
arrangements can be made through the Association Office.
Dumpster
Service:
The Association provides a dumpster service in the Maintenance Yard
every weekday from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. Payment is to be made
in advance through the Association Office. Reminder: There
is no dumping allowed on Heritage Ranch property. Clean dirt and
clean concrete can be utilized in certain areas of the Ranch from time
to time. Please contact me directly first to make arrangements.
Work Orders:
If you have a specific maintenance concern, you
can fill out a work order or a suggestion/complaint form through the
Association Office.
