Any member who would like to observe any election ballot counting is allowed to do so.

The Election Committee meets at the Rec Barn at 4:00 p.m. on the Thursday before the Third Saturday in August each year and at approximately 8:00 a.m. on the Third Saturday in August each year -- for the Annual Election

The Election Committee's schedule for any special election is handled by event.

The Election Committee's responsibility is to make sure that the ballots are handled fairly and impartially.  The Election Officials oversee all Heritage Ranch elections and vote on any related issues acting as Inspectors of Election.  The Election Officials administer their duties through the Heritage Ranch Election Policy and Procedures Manual.
