In this BOARD MANUAL we tell you as a new HROA Board Member the basics of what your new role is all about.

We show you how to get the business of HROA done and remind you that you are entrusted to act on behalf of HROA.

We explain how your role interacts with others and who is there to support you and help you.

We provide guidelines and document resources for you that will help you govern HROA to run as smoothly as possible, establish policies and rules, and promote a quality community environment for all residents.

We acquaint you with the standard of conduct that is expected of you, and what standards of conduct the law imposes on you.

We give you some rules and tips to help guide you and to avoid common pitfalls and misunderstandings.

And, we show you how to get your dander up when it is needed, but to do so in a constructive way.
