Rules of the HROA Advisory Committee for the 2009 Election
Question and Answer Forum

1.  Candidates will have 24 hours from the time the questions are posted to answer questions.  Responses received after the 24 hour time limit will not be published.

2.  All responses to questions received within the specified time frame will be posted at the same time.

3.  While it is the committee's intent to post all questions, if several questions seem to be addressing the same item, the committee may combine multiple questions into one question.

4.  The committee, except for questions put forward by the committee directly, is posing questions received directly from the members.  As a committee representing HROA, we do not endorse, agree and or disagree with the content of any questions.  HROA has no responsibility for the content of any question or answer posted.

5.  The committee requests that no question be of a personal nature or contain any inflammatory statements.

6.  All questions submitted must contain the name and address of the member submitting them.

7.  The cut-off date for receiving questions is August 4, 2009
